1After this, let the prayer be completed. Then let the reader read the Prophets and the rest. Let the presbyter or deacon read the Gospel, and then let the bishop or presbyter teach what is fitting and profitable. After that, let there be a prayer, and let the catechumens receive the laying on of the hand.
