Canon 10

1Canon Ten.

2If one of the clergy, or a layperson, who has been excommunicated goes to a city as though he had not been excommunicated, enters that city without permission, and is appointed, both he and the one who appointed him shall be excommunicated.

3If he is already excluded, his exclusion shall be prolonged, because he has lied to the church of God.
