Canon 46

1Commandment 46. Concerning one who ordains a second time. If a bishop, presbyter, or deacon is found to have been ordained twice, both he and the one who ordained him shall be deposed, unless it becomes known that he had been ordained by heretics. For those baptized or ordained by such a person cannot be either believers or priests.
