Canon 6

1Commandment 6. If a bishop or one of the priests does not partake of the Eucharist during the liturgy, he shall state his reason for this.

2If there was something that made it improper for him to partake, let him be forgiven. But if he does not state his reason, let him be expelled, because he has become a cause of sin for the people and has caused them to have doubts about the one who offered the Eucharist, as though that person had not offered it in purity.
