Section 21
Second Book of Dominos · Section 21 of 51 · 5 passages
1“Truly I say to you: Just as my Father raised me from the dead, so you also will rise and be taken up into the highest heaven, to the place of which I told you from the beginning, the place that he who sent me has prepared for you. Thus I will accomplish all dispensations—I who am unbegotten yet begotten of mankind, who am without flesh yet have borne flesh—for this purpose I came, so that … you might rise from the dead in your flesh, in the second birth, clothed in a garment that will not decay, together with all who hope and believe in him who sent me. For this is the will of my Father: that I should give you, and those whom it pleases me, the hope of the kingdom.”
2Then we said to him, “Great is that which you allow us to hope for and of which you tell us.”
3He answered, “Do you believe that everything I tell you will come to pass?”
4We answered, “Yes, Lord.”
5He said to us, “Truly I say to you, I have received all the power of my Father, so that I may bring back into light those who dwell in darkness, bring those in corruption into incorruption, bring those in death into life, and release those who are in chains. For what is impossible with men is possible with the Father. I am the hope of those who despair, the helper of those who have no savior, the wealth of the poor, the health of the sick, and the resurrection of the dead.”
