Canon 43

1Abṭelis, Canon 43: If a bishop, or a priest, or a deacon prays with heretics, let the bishop, or the archbishop, or the priest, or the deacon be removed from his office, for the command of the bishop must be obeyed by all. And if they do not obey, let them be removed from their office. And if they are found to have disobeyed, let the bishop remove them. And if they are found to have disobeyed, let them be removed from the sacrifice and placed among the laity, and let them be removed from their office.
