Fragment 5

1Our Lord answered us, saying, “Take care that no one deceives you, and do not become doubters or serve other gods. Many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ.’ Do not believe them or draw near to them. For the coming of the Son of God will not be foreseen. But just as lightning shines from east to west, so I will come on the clouds of heaven with a great host, in my majesty. With my cross going before me, I will come in my majesty. Shining seven times more brightly than the sun, I will come in my majesty with all my saints, my angels. My Father will set a crown on my head so that I may judge the living and the dead and repay everyone according to their works.”
