Chapter 2

1Peter and John answered him, “Tell us, our Lord, the signs of the end and all the deeds that shall then be done by those who live in this world, so that we may make them known to those among all nations who believe in your name, that those generations may observe them and live.” But Jesus answered, “… tell you some things about the end?” We answered, “Yes, our Lord. But now we desire to know the deeds that are the signs of the end of this world, if our Lord has judged it fitting for us to know—for us and for those who shall hear.”
