Section 26

1“Truly I say to you, the flesh shall arise and the soul shall live, so that their defense may take place on that day concerning what they have done, whether good or evil. Thus the faithful who have kept the commandments of my Father who sent me may be chosen, and judgment shall be carried out strictly.

2“For my Father said to me, ‘My Son, on the day of judgment you shall show no favor to the rich or pity to the poor, but according to each person’s sins you shall deliver that person to everlasting torment.’

3“But to my beloved who have obeyed the commandments of my Father who sent me, I will give the rest of life in the kingdom of my Father in heaven, and they shall behold what he has given me. He has given me authority to do what I will and to give them what I have promised and determined to give and grant.”
