Section 37

1Then we said to him, “Lord, teach us what shall happen afterward.” He answered us, “In those years and days, war shall be kindled upon war. The four ends of the earth shall be in commotion and shall fight against one another. Afterward there shall be shakings of clouds, darkness, famine, and persecution of those who believe in me and of the elect. Then shall come doubt, strife, and transgressions against one another. Many shall believe in my name yet follow evil and spread vain teachings. People shall follow them and their riches, submit to their pride, lust for drink, and accept bribes. There shall be partiality among them.”
