Chapter 16

1Then Martha, Mary, and Salome, who were with us, answered, “Yes, O our Lord, teach us to know what we ought to do so that our souls may live for you.”

2Then Jesus answered them, “I desire that, persevering in supplication, you should always serve My Gospel and be examples of holiness for the salvation of those who trust patiently in Me. In all things, be figures of the kingdom of heaven.”
