Section 46

1“But be upright, preach rightly, and teach. Do not be ashamed before anyone or fear anyone, especially the rich, for they do not obey my commandments but boast in their riches.”

2We said to him, “Lord, tell us whether it is only the rich.”

3He answered us, “If someone who is not rich and has only a small livelihood gives to the poor and needy, people will call him a benefactor.”
